“Vanitas” Collage on Vinyl Record
This collage was made using analog and digital techniques, printed on high quality archival paper and paste on a beautiful “acrylic fluid painting” background with gilded strokes. I used as support a 12” vinyl record (a wonderful support, rigid and durable). The painting was finished with several coats of cristal-like resin with UV protection that gives a beautiful shine and more life to the colors.
There is only one copy of that work, which makes it a very special and valuable item. This Collage comes signed and with their certificate of authenticity.
“Vanitas” (also know as “Memento Mori”) is a still life genere that flourished in the Netherlands in the early 17th century, which includes various symbolic objects designed to remind the viewer of their mortality and of the worthlessness of worldly goods and pleasures.

All artwork is securely mailed to its new home in approximately 1-5 business days from time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 to 28 days for deliver depends on the destiny country.
All artwork are sent carefully packed and protected. Depending on their size different packing materials are used: flat cardboard box, thick recycled paper tube or hard wooden box.
If your artwork arrives inside a rigid cardboard tube, you may notice that the paper it is slightly warped. Don’t worry about it, it’s normal. Is easy to straighten it again with a simple process, but it is recommended to do it by a experienced framing profesional.
