About Me
In this Site you can see some of my work done and buy an original or printed reproductions of them.
Shipping with care
All artwork are sent carefully packed and protected. Depending on their size, different packing materials are used. Small Drawings and Giclée prints are sent on protected flat cardboard box. Medium size Drawings and Giclée prints are shipped rolled on thick recycled paper tube. Large paintings are sent into hard wooden box.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances, so please make sure that you receive an undamaged package. Don’t accept a damaged delivery (e.g. an opened or damaged box), since by doing this you implicitly confirm the receipt of undamaged items.
The artwork is securely mailed to its new home in approximately 1-5 business days from time of purchase. All orders are sent ‘International Signed For’, which is a tracked and signed service in most countries. Delivery time depending on destination country and other circumstances, but please allow up to 7 to 28 days for delivery.
Shipping cost are 6€ to Spain, 11€ to Europe and 15€ rest of the World.
And FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders over 90€.
Originals and Prints

Original Artwork
The original artwork was hand painted and signed by me, Carlos Dorian. It can be done using techniques such as paint, ink, watercolor, pencil, pastel, charcoal, collage… on paper, canvas, wood or aluminium panel. Each work comes with their certificate of authenticity.
There is only one copy of that work, which makes it a very special and valuable item. In some cases the work is delivered framed, I usually use beautiful aged vintage frames or another ones handmade and painted by me, which makes the artwork even more unique.
Some characteristics of the original work as gold foil, metallic inks, textures, reliefs… are unique and impossible to reproduce in a Glicée Print.
Remember there is only one original!
Fine Art Prints
These works, also called Giclée Prints, are very high quality reproductions of my works, usually smaller in size than the original, printed on paper under my full supervision, using digital techniques.
To guarantee their longevity and quality I use archival materials, such as pigment inks and acid-free heavy weight museum quality papers.
They are very small limited editions, and all copies are exatly the same. Their value and exclusivity is high, but t is a more economical way of having one of my works.
These pieces are signed, numbered and delivered with their corresponding certificate of authenticity.
Conservation
All the artwork was created using Artist Quality Supplies and Acid-Free papers, but to ensure the longevity of your investment, please avoid unnecessary handing and use only archival quality materials for framing and storage.
This artworks should be displayed away from direct sunlight and fluorescent lighting as they can fade the otherwise permanent colours.
Do not hang in a bathroom or other area of high humidity, as the support used could be wrap.
If your Art Print was shipped inside a rigid cardboard tube, when it arrives you may notice that it is warped. Don’t worry about it, it’s normal. When you deliver it to be framed, the professional in charge of the work will be able to straighten it again without difficulty. The artwork is placed slightly moistened between secant papers and with a heavy and uniform weight on it for a day, it is a simple process but it is recommended to do it by someone experienced.

Paper, Ink, paint…
I only use high quality and environmentally friendly materials.
The highest quality
I only use highest quality art supplies to achieve rich hue and highly durable works over time.
Paper, canvas, inks, paintings… all to them are Artist Grade from the best brands.
For Giclee Prints I use Hahnemühle Heavy Weight (300 gsm) 100% cotton paper that have an impressive 75 year longevity, with excellent image stability and durability, that meet the requirements of museums and galleries (ISO 9706).
Going Green!
I love the Earth and respect the environment, so most of the materials I use for my work and packaging are recycled or eco friendly.
I use ecologic papers produced from recycled fibres, chlorine and acid free. Mostly of the inks and paintings are acrylic based. Art supplies and manufacturers I work with, meets FSC, EU-Ecolabel and ISO 14001 standards.
For frames, panels, canvas, papers… I always work with local craftsmen and shops, supporting the development of the local economy in a sustainable way.
